Our rules are simple - Take care of the space, communicate and report any issues or concerns and we will address it ASAP. We want you to have a pleasant stay. ➤ Only those on the reservation can stay in the space (whether staying overnight or not). The reservation will be cancelled without a refund if there are any additional people in the unit. ➤ We don’t have any delivery or mail service therefore please don’t send any mail or package to the address. We are not responsible for any undelivered items. ➤ No PETS/ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. Your payment on file will be charged $300 per day. ➤ We fumigate the space frequently, however, some seasonal insects may be expected. ➤ STRICTLY NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere inside or directly outside the premises. ➜ There will be a $200 per day fine if this rule is broken. If you smoke or do illicit drugs inside, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ➤ Please turn off the air conditioners in the warm months when you leave the apartment. Our smart AC can turn off automatically after 1 hour of no human detection ➤ We provide initial complimentary bath soaps/shampoo/conditioner/dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, please get more when finished. ➤ Only those listed on the reservation are allowed to be in the space. ➤ NO bit torrent or any illegal downloads, the provider is very quick to tell us and fines can be up to $10,000. ➜ CHECK OUT DAY - Checkout is by 10am sharp ➤ Don't strip the bed - put used towel behind bathroom door ➤ Make sure you take everything you came with and leave everything you saw. ➤ Conserve energy: turn off all lights, air conditioners and electronics. ➤ Late checkout fee is $250 - $400 based on the time ➤ We don't have early check in/late check out, please plan your time well ➜ By booking our listing, you agree you have read and agreed to the house rules
