3BR with 4 Beds Near Trains and JFK/LGA

The reservation will be cancelled without a refund if there are any additional people in the unit. ➤ We don’t have any delivery or mail service therefore please don’t send any mail or package to the address. We are not responsible for any undelivered items. ➜ No parties or events allowed, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. Only those listed on the reservation are allowed to be in the space. NO EXCEPTION! ➜ STRICTLY NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere inside. There will be a $200 per day fine if this rule is broken. If you smoke and/or do illicit drugs, you will be asked to leave. ➤ We provide initial complimentary bath soaps/shampoo/conditioner/dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, please get more when finished. ➜ Checkout is at 10am. If damage to the property, smoking inside the property, or late checkout causes us to rebook or rehouse the next guest you will be responsible for all costs associated with this. NO bit torrent or any illegal downloads. Fines can be up to $10,000 ➜ Do not let anyone into the space. Violation of this could lead to the removal of all guests. No loitering (hanging out, or stooping) in the front of the building. ➜ Please take off your shoes when inside. We really want to maintain our floors/rugs and minimize noise for the floor below. ➜ KITCHEN SPECIFIC ➤ Initial complimentary garbage bags are located under the sink ➤ Please DO NOT pour cooking oil or grease down the sink drain. ➜ BATHROOM SPECIFIC ➤ Only flush toilet tissue down the toilet (no other items such as paper towels, wipes, or feminine products etc). ➜ BEDROOMS SPECIFIC ➤ Please do not eat on the beds.
