Spacious 3BR with Laundry in Brooklyn

Our rules are simple - Take care of the space, communicate, let us know if you need something that we don't have and report any issues or concerns and we will address it ASAP. We want you to have a pleasant stay ➤ We require government issued ID for all guests ➤ The person booking the space must be a guest on the reservation unless booking on behalf of a company and must provide proof of this. ➤ No PETS/ANIMALS of any kind are allowed ➤ We require weekly cleaning for long stays of 10+ days with a fee of $80. Laundry will be extra for $40. Please note, the cleaning fee you initially pay is for deep cleaning after your check out ➤ We provide initial complimentary soaps/shampoo/conditioner/dish soap, toilet paper, please get your own when finished. ➤ STRICTLY NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere inside or directly outside the premises. ➜ There will be a $200 per day fine if this rule is broken. If you smoke marijuana and/or do illicit drugs, your reservation will be cancelled ➤ Illegal downloads are forbidden. If you’re found, fines can run up to $10,000 ➤ We don't provide early check in or late check out, please plan your time accordingly.
