Our rules are simple - Take care of the space, communicate and report any issues or concerns and we will address it ASAP. We want you to have a pleasant stay ➤ Only those on the reservation can stay in the space (whether staying overnight or not). The reservation will be cancelled without a refund if there are any additional people in the unit. ➤ We require names of all guests and government issued ID of the person that books the space ➤ No PETS/ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. Your payment on file will be charged $300 per day. ➤ STRICTLY NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere inside or directly outside the premises, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ➤ We provide complimentary soaps/shampoo/conditioner/dish soap, toilet paper for long stays, please get your own when finished for long stays ➤ Only those listed on the reservation are allowed to be in the space. ➤ NO bit torrent or any illegal downloads, the provider is very quick to tell us and fines can be up to $10,000. Please don't do it. ➜ Checkout is by 10am sharp ➤ Don't strip the bed - put used towels on the bed ➤ Make sure you take everything you came with and leave everything you saw. ➤ Conserve energy: turn off all lights, air conditioners (summer) and electronics whenever you leave the apartment ➤ Late checkout fee is $250 - $500 based on the time ➤ We don't have early check in/late check out, please plan your time well ➜ By booking our listing, you agree you have read and agreed to the house rules
